Your shopping cart – kindly note that your first blind must be added to the shopping cart, before proceeding with the second blind. This allows you to choose controls and options for each blind.
Manufacturing times – normally a lead time of seven to ten days is required. Any delays and the reasons for them, will be communicated immediately to you.
Free samples – your five free samples are delivered to the PAXI depot which is nearest to you. The 2800 PAXI depots are located within PEP, PEPhome, PEPCell, Tekkie Town and Shoe City Stores. Click on the link below to find the most convenient PAXI depot to collect your samples from.
Collection of your order – all orders must be collected, either by yourself or a courier service, from Studio Velum which is located at 8 Bogey Street in Waterkloof, Pretoria.
Collection days are from Monday to Friday from 09H00 until 16H00. Goods will not be handed over to a third party unless Studio Velum has been advised accordingly.
Saturday collections can also be arranged.
